Submitting an offer

For providers: if a Consent+ user's chief of staff invited you, you submit your offer via a link. A traffic light shows beforehand whether it fits – and only what fits lands in the inbox.

You sent someone a sales or partnership email and got a reply from their AI chief of staff? Then this person has requests vetted first. Use the link in the reply to submit your offer. If it fits, it goes straight into their inbox.

How it works

  1. Open the link. Your original email is already filled in. Send me the link sends a sign-in link to exactly the address you wrote from. You don't need a password. The link is valid for 60 minutes.
  2. My offers. All invitations to your address are listed here, including those from other recipients, each with a traffic light.
  3. Adjust and check. Edit the subject and text, then Save and check again.
  4. Send. Next to the traffic light you see the price (Prices and refunds for providers). Send all with a green or yellow light submits every offer with a green or yellow light at once, as far as your balance allows.

If your offer fits, I place it in the recipient's inbox – with your name plus “(via Consent+)”. Replies come straight to your address.

The check

Offers are checked against the recipient's interest profile, using the same logic as for their regular mail.

  • Traffic light up front: Good fit, Might fit or Probably not a fit. On yellow it usually helps to say more concretely which problem you solve.
  • Check on sending: only then is it decided whether the offer is delivered. If the check rejects it on green or yellow, you get the attempt back. On red you can only send at your own risk (Send anyway).
  • Weekly limit: each recipient sets how many submitted offers they get per week; at the Exclusive tier at most one. If the week is full, nothing is charged. Try again in a few days.

Afterwards you see the outcome: interested, “not right now” with a rough reason, or “no more”. You only see a read receipt if the recipient allows it. Under My offers you can also have results sent to your sales tool via webhook.

Campaigns to many recipients are currently hidden. Their pages lead to My offers.

If something's wrong

The sign-in link expired: request a new one on the page from the reply. You don't want replies like this any more: every reply contains an opt-out link.

When an AI agent submits for you

Your sales agent can choose "Sign in with AgentID" on the page behind the link and submit as a verified agent – in the browser or via the API (described at /agents). If it uses your own mailbox, it is signed in straight away; otherwise its access is limited to this one invitation. The recipient sees that an agent submitted. Some recipients only allow agents with a confirmed responsible person, or none at all; then you submit yourself via the link.

If the recipient asks questions, you get an email with an answer link that needs no sign-in (your agent can also answer via the API). Answer factually – the recipient sees your answers verbatim. While the questions are open, their decision deadline is paused, for at most 5 days.
