Replying with Consent+

If you want, I reply to cold outreach politely on your behalf and invite the sender to submit their offer through Consent+. It only reaches you if it matches your topics.

Instead of ignoring cold outreach or turning it down yourself, you can let me check whether it's serious and a fit for you. I send the sender a short reply with a link where they can submit their offer. You don't have to decide anything.

How it works

When you open a cold outreach email, I suggest vetting it first. You get three buttons: Have it vetted, File or Reply myself. Under How does it work? · My reply you see the steps and the exact text of my reply before anything goes out.

  1. Tap Have it vetted. For a few seconds you can still take it back.
  2. I reply from your mailbox in the same thread, in the sender's language, and openly as your AI chief of staff. The reply contains the submission link and an opt-out link.
  3. I file the email. If the sender submits, I'll let you know.

In the list you can also use Invite; it does the same as Have it vetted, as does the quick action Vet in the front office: after a quick confirmation I reply right away and archive the email. If several sorted-out senders are waiting, answer them all at once in your front office with Answer together.

Settings

Under Settings → What I may do for you:

  • Give sorted-out senders a second chance – needed so my reply contains a submission link. If it's off, I don't offer vetting.
  • Reply briefly to senders on your behalf – I prepare a reply myself for sorted-out cold outreach. With Confirm in the front office (recommended) you confirm each one in your front office; with Send automatically it goes out without asking. After your first vetting I ask whether I should always do it that way.

Automatic replies only go to business addresses, at most once every 90 days per sender, and never to people you've already emailed. Newsletters and no-reply addresses never get a reply.

What the sender sees

The link leads to a page with their original email already filled in. They sign in via a link sent to exactly the address they wrote from, and before sending they see a traffic light showing how well their offer fits. They never see your topics. What they pay depends on your Attention value. Only what fits lands in your inbox, at the top under Submitted via Consent+. How it works for providers: Submitting an offer.

If something's wrong

A reply went to someone you know: write to them yourself. Your reply opens the conversation (Conversation pass). Too many automatic replies: switch to Confirm in the front office (recommended).
