Consent+ partner programme terms

1. What it is about
As a partner you recommend Consent+ via your personal link or partner code. You earn a commission on payments from customers you win this way. Participation requires an application and our acceptance; there is no right to be accepted.
2. Attribution
An account is attributed to you if it signs up via your link (?ref=YOUR-CODE) or enters your partner code in its account before its first payment (at most 12 months after sign-up). We don't use cookies for this: the code is carried in the link until sign-up and stored once with the account. Each account has only one referral; later clicks via other links or codes don't change the attribution. Your own accounts, your company's accounts and accounts you create for others don't count.
3. Commission
- 30% of amounts actually paid (net, excluding VAT) for Consent+ Pro and credit purchases by accounts attributed to you,
- for payments in the 12 months from that account's first payment, provided the first payment is made within 12 months of its sign-up.
A commission only becomes due 60 days after the payment (cancellation period). If a payment is refunded, charged back or disputed in that time, the commission for it lapses. You can see your current numbers on your partner page at any time.
4. Payout
We pay due commissions monthly once they total at least €50; smaller amounts carry over to the next month. We settle by self-billing credit note. If you are VAT-registered, please give us your VAT ID; you are responsible for taxes on your commissions.
5. How to promote – and how not to
Honest recommendations are welcome: on your website, in articles, in newsletters to people who opted in, on social networks, in talks and in person. Label advertising as such where the law requires it.
Not allowed, in particular:
- spam: unsolicited emails, messages or comments – especially for a product against unwanted mail;
- search ads on the brand “Consent+” or confusingly similar terms;
- misleading statements about Consent+ (e.g. prices, features, data protection) or giving the impression you speak for us;
- coupon, cashback or reward sites without our prior consent;
- technical tricks such as forced clicks, hidden links or setting cookies to obtain attributions.
6. Data
Your partner page only shows totals (clicks, sign-ups, paying accounts, commissions) – no customer names or addresses. We process your own details to run the programme (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); see our privacy policy.
7. Term and termination
Either side can end participation at any time with 30 days' notice. If you breach section 5 we can end it immediately; commissions resulting from the breach lapse. Commissions already due and earned in line with these terms are still paid after the end.
8. Changes
We will notify you of changes at least 30 days in advance by email. Commissions earned until then follow the previous terms. If you disagree, you can end your participation as of the effective date.
9. Other
You act as an independent partner, not as our representative. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise only for breach of essential obligations and limited to foreseeable damage. German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is – where permitted – our registered office.
