Prices and refunds for providers
The recipient decides what a delivery costs – 10, 30 or 80 credits, or a custom price. Your first delivery is free at “Open”. If the check rejects it on green or yellow, or the recipient doesn't decide as promised, you get your credits back.
You only pay for deliveries, not for a subscription. You see the price next to the traffic light before sending (Cost).
Prices
The price depends on the tier the recipient has chosen for their account (Attention value):
- Open: 10 credits, single delivery by card €4.90
- In demand: 30 credits, by card €14.70
- Exclusive: 80 credits, by card €39.20
- Custom price: 10 to 300 credits, by card €0.49 per credit
Buy credits in packs under Balance: 50 credits for €19, 200 for €59, 1000 for €249. All prices include 19 % German VAT. They never expire. If your balance isn't enough, you can also pay for a single delivery directly by card. Only businesses, self-employed people and freelancers can buy; you confirm this before every purchase. All transactions are listed under Past transactions.
Free first delivery: your very first delivery is free – but only to a recipient on the Open tier. For In demand, Exclusive or Custom price you always pay; your free offer is then kept for later.
Refunds
- Rejected despite green or yellow: you get your credits back in full, or your free attempt if it was the free delivery.
- Rejected on red: if you sent at your own risk, we keep 4 credits. If it was your free delivery, it's used up.
- No decision within 7 days: for In demand, Exclusive and custom prices from 30 credits, the recipient promises a decision. If none comes, you get your credits back automatically, plus an email.
- Technical error: if the delivery fails, I refund everything.
Refunds always go to your credit balance, even if you paid by card. Credits are not paid out in cash.
If something's wrong
A refund is missing: check Past transactions. I check 7-day refunds hourly, so they may appear a little later. A purchase seems stuck: the credits appear as soon as the payment is confirmed.
