Offers
I split ads and cold outreach into “matching” and “unsuitable” based on your interests. For offers submitted and vetted through Consent+, you decide with one click: interested (offer a meeting or reply differently – e.g. with a question), not right now, or no.
Offers only contains ads and cold outreach. Newsletters and notifications stay in their categories. The item appears in the navigation as soon as the first offer arrives.
Matching and unsuitable
I check every offer against your interest profile (Your interests).
- Matching – fits your topics. It stays in your inbox and gets the Gmail label “C+/Relevant”.
- Unsuitable – barely fits or touches something you've excluded. I take it out of your inbox (label “C+/Gefiltert”, German for filtered – the label has this name in every language). Nothing is deleted: Actually important brings the email back, and I learn from it.
Unsuitable also shows how many sorted-out senders are waiting for a reply with a Consent+ invitation (Answer together, see Replying with Consent+). Below that, Submitted via Consent+ but not a match lists offers that were submitted through Consent+ but didn't fit. Allow lets that sender through from then on.
Submitted offers
When a submitted offer fits, it lands straight in your inbox – the sender shows as “(via Consent+)”, the label is “C+/Zugestellt” (German for delivered). At the top of your inbox I collect them under Submitted via Consent+. Open one and you'll see the text, the sender and the fit on a scale up to 10, followed by What do you think?:
- Interested – offer a meeting – I note your interest. If your calendar is connected, I prepare a meeting proposal with free times as a draft. It only goes out when you send it. Your interest opens exactly this conversation (Conversation pass).
- Reply differently – you reply yourself, with a question or your own text.
- Not right now – pick a rough reason (Topic doesn’t fit, No need right now, Too salesy) and tap Send. This isn't a spam verdict: only this offer is done.
- No more from this sender – I block the sender and sort out their emails from now on.
The sender only learns the outcome and the rough reason. If they paid for a delivery with a promise, any of these decisions within 7 days counts (Price = promise).
If something's wrong
A good offer ended up in Unsuitable: Actually important. Lots of wrong matches: sharpen your Your interests. A sender should always get through, or never: Sender rules.
