What I may do on my own
I start carefully and put everything in front of you. You set per area what I may handle myself – and some things I never decide alone.
In the first week I put everything in front of you and learn your ways. After that, what you set applies. Permissions live in four places under Settings: Chief of staff, Replies, General and AI agents.
Ask or handle it
Under Chief of staff → What I may do myself you choose Ask me or Handle it for three areas:
- Routine replies – acknowledgements and simple info, only to VIPs and people you know, and only if nothing in the draft is still open.
- Meeting confirmations – when someone accepts one of my proposed times, I add it and confirm.
- Filing system emails – confirmations, receipts and notifications from services, with no deadline and no visible risk.
Then there's the Amount limit (€1,000 to start): if more money is involved, I ask you. Everything I handle myself is in the done report and can be undone for 10 minutes.
I never take more freedom on my own. If within 30 days you've signed off five such replies, three meeting confirmations or eight system emails unchanged, I ask whether I should handle them myself from now on. Without your yes, nothing changes. Routines have their own levels.
Automation per category
Under Replies → Handle automatically per category you set per category: Nothing, Prepare a draft or Send automatically. I only send with no open gaps, never in conversations with several people, and with 10 minutes to stop it – at most as often per day as you set under At most this many automatic drafts per day. This automation needs Pro.
Sorted-out senders
Under General → What I may do for you:
- Give sorted-out senders a second chance – anyone who was sorted out can submit their offer through Consent+, and pays for it. It only reaches you if it matches your interests, at most as often as set under At most this many submitted offers per week. Without this switch I can't vet anything.
- Reply briefly to senders on your behalf – a short, polite reply with a link to submit. Only to business addresses, at most once every 90 days per sender. Under How should the reply go out? you pick Confirm in the front office (recommended) or Send automatically. Automatic replies never go to anyone you've emailed before. Below, I show how often you had to correct my cold-outreach detection.
Your own AI agents
Under AI agents you give your own assistant a key: Read always, Sort, Draft and Send only if you tick them. Drafting and sending via agents needs Pro. Every action is logged, every key can be revoked.
What I never decide alone
Two exceptions only you can switch on: if Meeting confirmations is set to Handle it, I also confirm strangers who accept one of my suggested times. And with Send automatically I reply to cold-outreach senders with the submission link (Settings).
If something's off
If something went out that you wanted differently: Undo in the done report within 10 minutes. You can halt a scheduled automatic reply under Prepared and sent with Stop. Then set the area back to Ask me.
