Several accounts

Each mailbox is its own account with me. Linked accounts form an account group – you switch without signing in again and can see everything together. Shared mailboxes stay cleanly separated.

If you have several mailboxes, say a work and a private address, link them into an account group. Each mailbox stays its own Consent+ account, but you have one chief of staff for all of them.

Add an account

Tap your initial at the top right, then Add another account. You sign in with the other account at Google (or Microsoft) – that proves it's yours. After that you switch between your accounts from the same menu without signing in again.

For the whole group there is one What I'm called, one VIP list, one Pro subscription, and shared routines and connections. The account you created the group with – the one you were signed in to when you added the others – is the owner account. If it leaves the group, the oldest remaining account takes over.

View: all accounts or one

In the same menu, under Show, you choose whether to see “All accounts” together or just one. This applies to navigation, lists, the front office, meetings and tasks. You can only pick accounts that are open in this sign-in.

When you sign in on a new device, linked accounts open along with it. Which ones, you set under Settings → General → Your linked accounts.

Shared mailbox

A mailbox like info@ is often used by others too. Untick it under Your linked accounts. Then signing in with info@ doesn't open your other accounts – and vice versa.

I only ever show accounts that are open in this sign-in – signed in directly or opened along with it. So anyone who signs in only to the shared mailbox sees none of your private accounts, not your network, and doesn't use your Pro subscription. The network belongs to the owner account and only appears when that account is part of the sign-in. So always add a shared mailbox from your own account, never the other way round.

Invite others

Under Invite friends you get a personal link. Anyone who starts through it skips the waitlist and gets their own account – they don't join your group. Once they're set up, you both get 30 days of Pro for free, and you get the invite back. You share the link yourself; I never contact anyone on your behalf.

If something's off

An account doesn't belong in the group: switch to it and choose Remove this account from the list. It's taken out of the group and signed out here, but stays as an account of its own. Sign out of all accounts signs you out everywhere.
