Inbox

The inbox shows all your email like Gmail, with my categories and folders. Re-sorting takes one tap – and I learn from it.

The view

Inbox is your mailbox in Consent+, across all accounts of the session if you have several. The list shows 50 emails per page. At the top you filter by Unread or Read, sort by importance or date and fetch new mail with Refresh. With the checkboxes on the left you select several emails for bulk actions such as Archive or Assign category ….

Every row has one main action that fits the situation: Draft (I write a suggestion, nothing is sent), Invite for cold outreach, Actually important in the offers, or See suggestion if the email already sits in the front office. Plus read/unread, Archive in Gmail, Delete in Gmail and, under More actions, Open in Gmail and Spam.

Categories and folders

The bar on the left starts with the Front office. Below it, the areas of your chief of staff (Done, files, contacts, invoices … once unlocked), then Mailbox with Inbox, Sent and Drafts, then Offers with Matching and Unsuitable (Offers).

Under Categories every category is listed with its number of open emails. A click filters the list; ⋮ next to the name offers Rename and Delete, “+” creates a new one. On a category’s page you decide whether its emails stay in the inbox or are filed automatically. In Gmail you’ll find everything under “C+/…” labels. Nothing is deleted.

Re-sorting. Tap an email’s category and Where does this email belong? opens with My suggestion and all categories. After your choice it’s done immediately. Below, you tell me what to remember: Just this one, All emails like this (I learn a rule) or everything from this sender. With Important – front office I’ll always put emails of this category in front of you. If I find older emails that belong there too, I offer to move them along. You can see and delete learned rules in settings under categories.

Reading an email

Opening counts as read, in Gmail too. At the top sit the category, Unsubscribe for newsletters and the ⋯ menu with Mark as unread, Open in Gmail, New file, Spam and Delete. The recipient line under the sender shows whether the email went to you personally, to a group address or only in copy; your account is marked as you.

Then my card: if the email sits in the front office, I take you there; for cold outreach I suggest Have it vetted; for reading material Mark read and file; otherwise I ask whether I should reply (Suggest a reply). Why is this mail here? explains the classification and lets you steer with More like this, Less like this, Always allow and Block. Below that: attachments, thread, the email in the original and the instruction buttons (Instruction about an email).

Drafts and sent

Drafts shows your Gmail drafts live. Drafts from the front office carry Prepared by your front office and open there; others you edit and send in Consent+. Drafts with attachments you edit in Gmail so nothing gets lost.

Sent lists everything that went out, with the tabs All, By you and Consent+. What I sent on your behalf is marked.

Search

The field at the top (Ctrl K, ⌘ K or “/”) searches as you type across emails, people, attachments, files, drafts and done items. Enter opens the results page Search with filters for Account, Time, Status, Attachment and Sort. If little turns up, I also search your Gmail archive on request (Also search the Gmail archive), i.e. emails from before Consent+.

If something’s wrong

Wrong category: tap, pick the right one, done – I learn along. Too much sorted out: Actually important brings the email back, and I sort out similar mail less often (Sorting out). Mail missing: Refresh fetches it from Gmail right away.
