What Consent+ is
I’m your chief of staff for your mailbox. I read your mail, handle what I’m allowed to, and put the rest in front of you so you can decide in seconds.
What I do for you
Consent+ connects to your Gmail mailbox. From then on I read every new email and sort it in one of three directions:
- What doesn’t need you (ads, newsletters, sales emails that don’t match your topics) I take out of your inbox. Nothing is deleted; everything stays in Gmail in its own folders.
- What means work I prepare: a reply in your tone, a meeting suggestion, a summary. It then sits in your Front office with my suggestion and a reason.
- What you only need to know I summarise in one sentence.
You decide with one click. Nothing goes out without your okay, and everything I’ve done is listed in the Done report, with undo.
Setting me up
Setup has three steps: Interests, Check, Start.
- You tell me in a few sentences what you work on, what you’re open to and what you don’t want to see anymore. From that I learn what matters and which offers fit.
- I show you how I understood you. You correct what’s wrong.
- You tell me what I may do: Front office: read mail and prepare replies and Sort out offers that don’t fit. Plus the question What do you do for a living?, so I can pick a fitting starter set of categories. If Gmail isn’t connected yet, you do that here (Connecting accounts).
You can change all of this later in settings.
The first week
Reading in. Right after connecting I read myself in: I go through your recent mail and put everything that’s open and needs you into the front office. At the top of the front office you see the progress, then a first tally: how many emails I went through and how few of them actually need you. On the free plan, these first items already count towards your 20 per month (Free and Pro).
Trial period. For the first seven days I put everything in front of you and send nothing on my own. I learn your tone and your habits. After that I offer to take routine off your hands. You decide, case by case (What I may do on my own).
Features one at a time. On day one you only see three things: Front office, Inbox and Done. Everything else, such as invoices, calendar or contacts, I introduce the moment it’s needed. If you’d rather see everything right away, you can switch that (Features one at a time).
If something’s wrong
If I get an email wrong, tell me where you notice it: change the category, click “Actually important”, or discard my suggestion in the front office. I learn from every correction (Sorting out, Categories and folders). You can see and delete what I’ve learned in settings.
