Glossary

The key terms in Consent+ in one or two sentences each – from account group to vetting, each with a link to the full article.

A short explanation of the terms you'll meet in the app. The linked article has the details.

Terms

  • Account group – Your linked mailboxes. You switch without signing in again, and persona, VIPs and Pro apply to all of them. Several accounts
  • Attention value – What a sender pays for their matching offer to reach you. You set it per account in tiers; no price buys its way past the relevance check. Attention value
  • Circle – How close a contact is to you: core, important, network or acquaintances. I work it out, you can change it. Contacts
  • Cold outreach – Unsolicited sales or partnership emails from senders you don't know. I sort them by your interests and offer to vet them. Replying with Consent+
  • Conversation release – A single conversation that always gets through, for example because you replied in it – even if I otherwise sort the sender out. New offers from them go through Consent+ again. Conversation pass
  • Credit (yours) – Money you earn when senders pay to reach you: half the price, in euros, calculated at €0.25 per credit. It only reduces your Pro bill and is never paid out. Credit
  • Credits (senders') – The units senders use to pay for submissions. 1 credit costs them €0.25–0.49, depending on the pack or a single card payment. Credits are never paid out. Prices and refunds for providers
  • Desk – The front office as a desk with folders, calendar and sticky notes instead of a list. Desk
  • File – A collection for a matter, project or mandate: emails from all accounts, facts with sources, participants and documents from Drive in one place. Files
  • Folder – How I present items to you: Decision folder, Sign-off folder and Reading folder. Front office
  • Front office – The place where everything lies that needs your decision, sign-off or attention. Front office
  • Instruction – A task for me in everyday language, such as “Make a note …” or “Write to Anna …”. Giving instructions
  • Item – An email that needs you, prepared: one sentence on what it's about, my suggestion and, if there is one, the deadline. The item
  • Level / tier – Two things: for the attention value, the price tier (Open, In demand, Exclusive, custom price); for routines and permissions, how independently I work. Attention value · Ask or handle it
  • Offer – Ads, sales emails or cold outreach. I sort offers by your interests into Matching offers and Unsuitable offers. Offers
  • Owner account – The account an account group was created with. It owns the network, for example; that is only visible when this account is open in the sign-in. Shared mailbox
  • Price = promise – From the “In demand” tier, you decide on a submitted offer within 7 days. Otherwise the sender gets their credits back. Attention value
  • Pro – The paid monthly plan: more items and reply drafts, automation per category, writing style. The free plan includes 20 items and 20 drafts per month. Subscription and Pro
  • Quiet hours – Times when I only get in touch for urgent VIP matters. When I get in touch
  • Routine – Tell me once and I'll do it again and again, such as filing invoices in Drive. First as a suggestion, later on my own if you want. Routines
  • Set aside – Items you've put off until later. They come back by themselves at the time you chose. Setting aside
  • Trial period – The first seven days: I put everything in front of you and send nothing on my own. The first week
  • Vetting – With cold outreach, I reply on your behalf, openly as an AI, and ask the sender to submit their request briefly through Consent+. Only what fits you gets through. Replying with Consent+
  • VIP – People or whole companies who always get through. I never sort them out and tell you right away when it's urgent. VIPs
