Connections
Under “Connections” you see what I can do for you outside your inbox – with Google, accounting and other services. Each service says up front what I may do and what never.
Some things I don't do in your inbox but in other services: filing invoices in Drive, adding meetings, handing receipts to your accounting. Which services those are is under Settings → Connections. On your phone you'll find the page under More.
The catalogue
Each service is a tile with one sentence on what I do there. Example and limits shows For example: and Never:. At the top you can search by name or filter by area.
- Google: Google Drive as well as Google Calendar, Tasks and Contacts. You enable them via meetings – the Enable button takes you there. With several accounts you see per account whether it's connected.
- Accounting: FastBill and Lexware Office (lexoffice) as a destination for receipts from routines, plus sevDesk and DATEV.
- Team: Clockodo (check leave and absences), Slack, Microsoft Teams, Personio.
- Sales: HubSpot, Pipedrive.
- Tech: GitHub · Linear.
- Signatures: Skribble · DocuSign.
- Custom: your own service via the open MCP standard – In the Business plan.
The status is below the name: Connected, Not in all accounts, Ready to connect, Connection problem, Soon or Business.
Connecting
When a service is ready (FastBill, Lexware Office and Clockodo), open Connect: give it a name (such as the company), for FastBill and Clockodo the login email, then the API key. Where to find it is shown right on the form. Then pick the inboxes the connection applies to and tap Check and connect. I check the credentials before saving them. For a second company use Connect another company – that way each inbox's receipts end up with the right company.
Notify me
“Soon” means: after our independent security assessment. Until then, tap Notify me. That tells us what you need next. It applies to your whole account group and can be undone with another tap.
Disconnecting
On an existing connection, tap Disconnect. The key is deleted; anything already uploaded stays in the service. You can revoke Google access at any time in your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
If something's off
If a connection shows Connection problem, the key was usually changed or revoked. Disconnect and connect again with the new key. Not in all accounts means at least one account is missing the Google permission.
